- 2 cups flour, all-purpose
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 18 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese grated
- 3 tablespoons parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated
- 13 cup butter
- 13 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400F (200C).

2Combine all dry ingredients, stir in cheeses and toss well.

3Cut in butter.

4Combine eggs and milk, add to flour mixture and gently knead to form a stiff dough.

5Cut dough ball into halves and pat each half into an 8 inch diameter, 1/2 inch thick circle.

6Cut into wedges, place wedges on a baking sheet and bake 15 to 17 minutes, until lightly browned.
