- 4 cans LeSueur peas
- 1 can water chestnuts
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 medium jar pimiento
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 stick margarine
Directions

1Drain water chestnuts, reserving liquid.

2Blend liquid with soup.

3Saute onion, celery and gren pepper in butter in a skillet. Stir into this mixture, peas, pimiento and soup.

4Season with salt and pepper.

5Turn into buttered casserole dish.

6Cover top with bread crumbs.

7Bake uncovered at 350° for 30 minutes.

8Yield: 12 or more servings.
