  • 34 cup smoked sausage
  • 2 celery ribs, sliced
  • 1 (16 ounce) package split peas
  • 2 (16 ounce) cans chicken broth
  • 1 (16 ounce) bag frozen chopped onions
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 bay leaf

Directions

    Brown sausage in small skillet until browned, drain well.

    Combine sausage & remaining ingredients in slow cooker.

    Cover and cook on low 5 hours or until peas are tender.
