- 1/4 c. wine or cider vinegar
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1/4 c. ketchup
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. rosemary
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Directions

1Brown meat.

2Remove and place on heavy foil.

3Pour sauce over and seal tightly.

4Wrap again in foil.

5Cook at 350° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

6For barbecue, just shred the meat.
