- 1 (3 to 4 lb.) pot roast
- 1 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 3/4 c. red wine vinegar
- 1/4 c. catsup
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Directions

1Brown meat on both sides in oil.

2Sprinkle roast with salt. Combine wine vinegar, catsup, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, Italian seasonings, dry mustard and 1/4 cup water; pour mixture over meat.

3Cover meat; simmer until meat is tender, 1 3/4 hours.
