- 3 lb. boneless chuck roast
- 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
- 1/4 c. cooking oil
- 1/4 c. catsup
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. dried rosemary crushed
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- salt to taste
Directions

1Brown meat slowly in small amount of hot oil.

2Sprinkle meat with salt. Combine vinegar, oil, catsup, soy sauce, worcestershire, rosemary, garlic powder and mustard; pour over roast.

3Cover tightly and bake at 325° for 2 1/2 to 3 hours or until tender.

4Remove roast and heat sauce to skim excess fat; spoon sauce over meat.

5Serves 6 to 8. Delicious with mashed potatoes.
