- 8 eggs, beaten
- 1/3 cup milk
- salt and pepper
- 4 oz. (1/2 of 8 oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed
Directions

1Melt butter in skillet on low heat.

2Add combined eggs, milk and seasonings.

3Cook slowly, stirring occasionally, until eggs begin to set.

4Add cream cheese; continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until cream cheese is melted and eggs are set.

5Serve with toast.

6Microwave: Microwave butter on HIGH 30 seconds.

7Add remaining ingredients.

8Microwave on HIGH 2 minutes; stir.

9Micowave on HIGH 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

10Variations: Prepare as directed, adding chopped fresh parsley, chives, green onion slices or crisply cooked OSCAR MAYER Bacon, crumbled, as eggs begin to set.
