Name: Sawdust Salad
Ingredients: 1 large Cool Whip; 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese; 1 small box Kraft American or Cheddar cheese; 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello; 1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange jello; 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple; 1 bag small marshmallows; 1 large pineapple juice; 2/3 c. sugar; 4 Tbsp. cornstarch; 2 eggs

1 large Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 small box Kraft American or Cheddar cheese
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange jello
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
1 bag small marshmallows
1 large pineapple juice
2/3 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 eggs

Directions

Combine jellos with 2 cups of boiling water; add 1 cup of cold water and drained crushed pineapple.

Reserve the juice from the pineapple.

Cover the jello mixture with the marshmallows.

Chill until set.

Mix sugar, cornstarch, eggs and 2 cups of pineapple juice; cook over medium heat until thick.

Cool and spread over jello.

Whip cream cheese and Cool Whip together; spread this over cooked mixture and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
