Ingredients

  • 1 large Cool Whip
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 small box Kraft American or Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange jello
  • 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 bag small marshmallows
  • 1 large pineapple juice
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 eggs

Directions

    Combine jellos with 2 cups of boiling water; add 1 cup of cold water and drained crushed pineapple.

    Reserve the juice from the pineapple.

    Cover the jello mixture with the marshmallows.

    Chill until set.

    Mix sugar, cornstarch, eggs and 2 cups of pineapple juice; cook over medium heat until thick.

    Cool and spread over jello.

    Whip cream cheese and Cool Whip together; spread this over cooked mixture and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
