- 2 lb. scallops, sliced thinly against the grain
- 1/2 stick butter
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 qt. whole milk
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. sugar to taste
- salt to taste
- parsley garnish, if desired
Directions

1Saute sliced scallops in melted butter and crushed garlic until no longer transparent (about 1 minute).

2Add scallop mixture, sugar and salt to milk in a pot.

3Let stand overnight in refrigerator.
