  • 6 large apples
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1/3 c. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1/4 c. flour

Directions

    Pare, core and slice apples.

    Place in a greased casserole dish and add the cinnamon, salt, lemon juice and water.

    Work the sugar, flour and butter together until crumb-like.

    Spread over apples.
