  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
  • 6 Tbsp. plus 1 stick margarine
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 c. milk
  • 4 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 4 oz. Pepperidge Farms herb stuffing
  • 2/3 c. water

Directions

    Put broccoli in 11 x 7-inch baking dish.

    Melt 1 stick of margarine in saucepan.

    Add flour and milk.

    Cook until thick.

    Add bouillon cubes.

    Stir until dissolved.

    Pour over broccoli and work through with a fork.

    Mix 6 tablespoons melted margarine, stuffing and water.

    Spread over broccoli.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
