Ingredients

  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp. dill weed
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 1 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • round loaf of pumpernickel bread

Directions

    Mix first 8 ingredients together.

    Chill.

    When ready to serve, hollow out a round loaf of pumpernickel or rye bread.

    Cut the hollowed out part into serving pieces, and place the dip into hollowed out loaf to serve. Place serving pieces around the loaf.
