Cheddar Spinach Squares

Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. quick crescent dinner rolls
- 8 to 10 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 c. half and half or milk
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- pinch of nutmeg
- pinch of garlic powder
- 1/4 c. flour
- 3 eggs, beaten
- pinch of pepper
- 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, drained well
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Press crescent roll dough into the bottom and up the sides of an ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan.

3Pat and seal any perforation in dough.

4In medium bowl, combine cheese, flour, then add eggs, half and half, salt, pepper, nutmeg and garlic powder.

5Then add spinach.

6Mix well.

7Pour into crust.

8Bake at 350° for 45 to 55 minutes until well set.

9Cut into squares. Serve warm.

10Makes approximately 24 to 36 servings.
