  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • water
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 c. shredded American process cheese (Velveeta or Cheddar)
  • cracker or bread crumbs

    Core and coarsely chop cabbage.
