- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1/2 whole Large Sweet Onion, Diced
- 4 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 whole Red Bell Pepper, Seeded And Diced
- 2 teaspoons Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1/2 teaspoons Sea Salt
- 1 ounce, fluid Tequila Or Water (To Deglaze Pan)
- 2 pounds Shrimp, Peeled, Deveined & Tails Removed
- 12 whole Corn Tortillas
- Optional Toppings: Pico De Gallo, Guacamole, Hot Sauce, Etc
Directions

1In a large saute pan over medium-high heat add oil and onion.

2Saute until onion starts to caramelize.

3Add garlic and red bell pepper.

4Stir well.

5Add all seasonings and stir.

6Cook until seasoning becomes fragrant, about 1 minute.

7Add tequila or water and stir to deglaze the pan.

8Add shrimp and cook just for a few minutes until shrimp turn pink.

9Shrimp are done when pink.

10Serve in corn tortillas with desired toppings.
