  • 2 c. cooked chicken
  • 2 c. chicken broth
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 c. cooked potatoes, sliced
  • 3 Tbsp. fat
  • salt and pepper
  • crushed crackers

Directions

    Dice cooked chicken meat.

    Thicken broth with a paste made of flour and fat seasoned with salt and pepper.

    Fill a baking dish with alternate layers of crackers, chicken and potatoes.

    Cover with crumbs. Pour in a gravy, dot with bits of butter.

    Bake 15 to 20 minutes in a 350° to 400° oven.
