  • 2 c. cooked chicken, diced
  • 2 c. soft bread crumbs
  • 2 tsp. parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 eggs, beaten (may substitute Egg Beaters)
  • 1 1/2 c. chicken broth
  • 1 1/2 c. milk

Directions

    Place a layer of bread crumbs in a greased casserole.

    Add a layer of chicken, parsley and seasonings.

    Alternate layers, ending with bread crumbs on top.

    Beat eggs; add milk and broth. Pour over mixture and bake at 350° for about 45 minutes.
