  • 3 lb. chicken, cooked and boned
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 c. chicken broth
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 c. celery, chopped
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 10 slices bread

Directions

    Saute celery and onion in butter.

    Mix chicken broth, milk and flour.

    Toast bread and break into pieces into chicken broth.

    Add celery, onion and chicken mix.

    Salt and pepper to taste.

    Add beaten eggs and mix well.

    Put into greased baking dish.

    Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.
