  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • season with salt, pepper and sugar to taste

    Butter baking dish. Pour into buttered pan. Crumble cracker crumbs on top. Melt 1 stick of butter and drizzle on top of cracker crumbs. Bake at 350° until brown.
