- 1 (15 oz.) can creamed corn
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
Directions

1Melt butter.

2Add onions and saute until golden.

3Add corn, milk, crumbs, eggs and a little salt and pepper.

4Pour into a greased casserole.

5Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.
