  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 2 cans whole corn
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1/2 lb. margarine, melted
  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix

    Mix all together.

    Bake at 350° for approximately 50 minutes. (Center should be set.)

    When done, it looks almost like a cake.
