  • 2 cans creamed corn
  • 4 beaten eggs
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • a little salt
  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

    Mix the first 5 ingredients together. Bake at 350° in a 9 x 13-inch pan for 20 minutes or until a knife comes out clean. Remove from oven.

    Top with Cheddar cheese. Bake 10 minutes longer.
