  • 2 cans whole kernel corn
  • 2 c. liquid drained from corn (use milk to make 2 c.)
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • buttered soda cracker crumbs

Directions

    Make white sauce with butter, flour, salt, pepper and liquid. Cook until thick. Remove from heat.

    Add beaten eggs, then corn. Top with buttered crumbs.

    Bake at 350°.
