- 1/4 c. onion
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 17 oz. can cream-style corn
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Directions

1Heat onion and butter until onion is tender.

2In bowl, combine onion, corn, eggs, cracker crumbs and cheese.

3Stir until well blended.

4Pour into greased 1-quart casserole.

5Bake in preheated 375° oven for 35 to 40 minutes or lightly brown and set.

6Makes 4 to 6 servings.
