  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 8 ounces cream-style corn
  • 8 ounces whole kernel corn, with liquid
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 8 12 ounces Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 16 ounces shredded cheddar and colby cheese

    Spread mixture into a 8 x 10 pan.

    Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
