- 1 c. fine dry bread or cracker crumbs
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. milk
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. butter
Directions

1Grease a 1-quart casserole.

2Combine corn, milk and melted butter. Thoroughly blend in bread or cracker crumbs, brown sugar, salt and pepper.

3Pour into casserole dish and dot with 2 teaspoons butter.

4Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until brown.
