- 1 c. milk
- 1/4 lb. soda crackers, crushed fine (reserve 6 for topping)
- 1 onion, large
Directions

1Mix thoroughly corn and onion.

2Stir in slowly until consistency of cake batter 1/2 to 1 cup milk.

3Mix well.

4Pour into casserole.

5Top with reserved cracker crumbs.

6Dot with butter. Bake 1 hour at 350°.

7Serves 10 to 12.

8Can be increased to serve any number.
