  • 2 (No. 2) cans creamed corn
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/4 lb. soda crackers, crushed fine (reserve 6 for topping)
  • 1 onion, large

Directions

    Mix thoroughly corn and onion.

    Stir in slowly until consistency of cake batter 1/2 to 1 cup milk.

    Mix well.

    Pour into casserole.

    Top with reserved cracker crumbs.

    Dot with butter. Bake 1 hour at 350°.

    Serves 10 to 12.
