- 1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 1 c. skim milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 c. cracker crumbs, divided
- 2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 tsp. margarine
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Combine corn and milk.

3Stir in egg. Add 3/4 cup of crumbs, pimento, onion and pepper.

4Mix well.

5Pour into baking dish that has been sprayed with vegetable pan spray. Melt margarine.

6Add remaining 1/4 cup cracker crumbs.

7Spread over corn mixture.

8Bake 45 minutes.
