- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 3 c. loose frozen hash browns, thawed
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. crushed cheese crackers
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Place onion and butter in baking dish.

2Cover with wax paper; microwave on High 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until onion is tender. Stir in remaining ingredients except cracker crumbs.

3Cover with wax paper.

4Microwave on High 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese melts and potatoes are tender, stirring 3 to 4 times during cooking.

5Sprinkle with cracker crumbs and microwave 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
