- 1 c. diced celery
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 c. cream
- 1/2 c. blanched, sliced almonds
- paprika
- Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Simmer onions with skins on until tender.
