- 1 1/2 c. coarse cracker crumbs
- 8 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 pt. oysters, cleaned
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- dash of nutmeg
Directions

1Combine cracker crumbs and butter.

2Put thin layer of crumbs in bottom of baking dish.

3Alternate layers of oysters and crumbs, sprinkling each layer with seasoning.

4(No more than 2 layers of oysters.)

5Pour cream of mushroom soup over dish and top with crumbs.

6Bake at 450° for 30 minutes.
