- 2 to 3 c. coarsely crushed crackers
- 1/2 c. or 1 stick margarine or butter
- 1 to 2 c. milk
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Grease a 1-quart casserole dish.

2Alternate layers of oysters, crackers and dots of margarine, ending with a layer of crumbs. Add milk until liquid almost reaches top of casserole.

3Dot with remaining margarine.

4Bake at 350° until brown, about 45 to 60 minutes.
