- 1 large can chunk pineapple, drained (save juice)
- 1 c. grated sharp cheese
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 stick butter, melted
Directions

1Toss drained pineapple and cheese together.

2Combine sugar and flour and mix with pineapple juice; pour over pineapple and cheese mixture.

3Take 4 or 5 slices of white bread, cut in cubes and butter well with melted butter.

4Put bread mixture over pineapple. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until brown.
