Scalloped Pineapple

- 1 large can chunk pineapple
- 3 eggs
- 2 sticks butter
- 4 c. fresh bread (8 slices)
- 2 c. sugar
Directions

1Drain pineapple and save 1/2 of juice.

2Toss pineapple and bread together.

3Spread in 9 x 13-inch greased glass Pyrex dish. Cream eggs, butter and sugar.

4Mix well.

5Add 1/2 juice of pineapple; mix well again.

6Pour mixture over pineapple and bread. Bake for 1 hour at 350°, uncovered, in middle of oven.

7Good with pork or ham.
