- salt
- pepper
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 c. milk (approximately)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Butter a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Cover the bottom with a single layer of potatoes.

3Sprinkle generously with salt, pepper and flour; add a few dots of butter. Repeat until all potato slices are used.

4Pour milk over the potatoes.

5Dot with remaining butter.

6Bake 1 hour.
