- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 4 c. milk
- 2 tsp. salt
- 6 c. sliced raw potatoes
- Velveeta cheese (optional)
Directions

1Melt 4 tablespoons butter, add flour and salt.

2Add milk slowly and cook until sauce thickens.

3Melt cheese in sauce if used.

4Add sliced potatoes; bring to a boil.

5Put into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish and dot with remaining butter.

6Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

7Yields 15 servings.
