Scalloped Salmon

Ingredients

  • 1 can (1 lb.) pink salmon
  • 1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
  • few sprigs parsley
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. ground thyme
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. milk and salmon liquid
  • 1 1/2 c. coarse cracker crumbs
  • 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine

Directions

    Drain liquid from salmon and reserve.

    Add remaining ingredients, except last two.

    Sprinkle layers of crumbs over bottom of pan and around sides of buttered 9-inch pie pan.

    Spoon in salmon mixture.

    Dot with 1 tablespoon butter.

    Sprinkle remaining crumbs over top and dot with remaining butter.

    Bake in hot oven (400°) about 15 minutes.
