- 2 c. coarse cracker crumbs (unsalted)
- 1 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 3/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 1 pt. light cream
- 1/4 c. cooking sherry
Directions

1Cut scallops.

2Mix bread crumbs, crackers, salt, pepper and butter or margarine.

3Grease baking dish.

4Pour light cream over all with sherry.

5Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
