- 5 to 6 yellow squash
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- salt and pepper to taste
- bread crumbs (equivalent of 2 slices)
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 Tbsp. onion, cut up fine
- 2 Tbsp. cream
Directions

1Cook squash until soft (I peel and cut into quarters and cut out seeds).

2Add egg, butter, onion and seasonings to mashed squash and mix well.

3Add cream and bread crumbs and bake at 375° until brown (I use a long Pyrex dish).
