  • 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 3 1/2 c. chopped tomatoes
  • 3 slices lightly toasted bread, cubed
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 2 tsp. prepared mustard

    Cook celery and onion in margarine until tender.

    Blend in flour.
