- 1 large can tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 c. onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. butter
Directions

1Mix tomatoes and sugar together.

2Add onions and blend in skillet.

3Melt butter.

4Place bread crumbs in butter and brown. In casserole dish, place one layer of bread crumbs.

5Then one layer of tomato mixture.

6Continue layering, ending with 1 layer of bread crumbs on top.

7Bake in oven for 30 minutes.

8Yield: 4 servings.
