- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. croutons (your choice)
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp. celery seed
- 1 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. grated cheese
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Butter casserole dish.

3Drain tomatoes. Add flour to tomato liquid to make a paste.

4Combine tomatoes, paste, croutons, celery seed and parsley.

5Pour into casserole dish.

6Bake 20 minutes.

7In the meantime, combine bread crumbs, cheese and butter.

8Remove from oven; cover top with crumb mixture.

9Bake 10 minutes longer.
