- 1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
Directions

1Heat oven to 375°.

2Cut the toast into small squares (or substitute croutons).

3In casserole dish, repeat layers of tomatoes and toast.

4Sprinkle on salt and onion.

5Pour melted butter or margarine over top.

6Bake about 20 minutes.
