- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 8 slices bacon
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Cook scallops in margarine for 5 minutes.

2Cut bacon into 2-inch pieces.

3Arrange bacon and scallops alternately on skewer. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

4To bake, insert skewers in uncooked potato halves, so they will stand upright.
