- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 tsp. butter
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 2 large mushrooms, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 lb. scallops
- 1 Tbsp. white wine
- grated Italian cheese
- 4 oz. angel hair pasta, cooked
Directions

1Saute garlic in butter and oil. Add mushrooms, parsley, wine and lemon juice.

2Cook 2 minutes.

3Add scallops. Cook until done, 2 to 4 minutes. Add wine.

4Serve over angel hair.
