- 1/2 cup condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon white wine
- 1 lb bay scallop
- 1 1/2 cups seasoned croutons, coarsely chopped

1Preheat oven to 375.

2In a heavy saucepan, whisk together soup, sour cream and wine.

3Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until just beginning to bubble (do not boil).

4Set aside.

5Rinse scallops and pat dry.

6Arrange scallops in a single layer in a 9 x 9 x 2 inch greased baking dish.

7Cover with the sauce.

8Sprinkle with the croutons.

9Bake 9 to 10 minutes until scallops are white and tender.
