  • 1/2 jar sliced hamburger pickles
  • 1 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 1 c. flour (or more if needed)
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • salt and pepper (season to taste)

Directions

    Combine dry ingredients.

    Drain pickles and pat dry with a towel.

    Dip pickles in flour mixture, then buttermilk.
