- 1/3 c. olive oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 3 cloves garlic, pressed or minced
- 1 lb. raw shrimp
- 1/2 c. white wine
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
Directions

1Place olive oil in a heavy skillet and add salt, pepper and garlic.

2Heat until garlic is golden.

3Add shrimp, wine and lemon juice.

4Cover and cook over low heat for 15 minutes.

5Shake the pan from time to time and spoon some of the liquid over the shrimp.

6Place the shrimp in soup bowls and pour the savory liquid over.

7Sprinkle generously with parsley.

8Serve with rice.
