Directions

   Beat egg whites until stiff.

   Add sugar gradually, beating until mixture will hold its own weight.

   Add vanilla and vinegar. Pour into a spring cake form.

   Bake in slow oven (300°) for 50 to 60 minutes.

   Cool.
