  • 2 soup bones
  • water
  • 3 carrots, chopped
  • 5 potatoes, quartered
  • 1/2 pkg. pearl barley
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 3 cubes beef bouillon
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic

    Boil soup bones in Dutch oven with enough water to cover bones.
